Desert Heat Cocktail – Palm Springs, CA

DESERT HEAT COCKTAIL

• 3 cucumber slices
• 2 tbs tequila
• 2 tbs lime juice
• 1 1/2 tbs agave nectar
• 1 slice jalapeno pepper
• ice cubes
• slice of lime for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber.  Add tequila, lime juice, agave nectar and jalapeno.  Cover and shake.  Strain into an salt rimmed, ice filled glass.  Garnish with lime slice if desired.
