The BONE BROTH DIET is a dietary plan that combines elements of intermittent fasting, low-carb eating, and consuming bone broth for health benefits. It is often promoted as a way to support weight loss, improve gut health, and boost overall well-being. The diets key components are:
BONE BROTH: Made by simmering chicken, beef, or fish bones with water, vegetables, hers, and vinegar for extended periods. The broth is rich in collagen, amino acids, minerals (calcium, magnesium), and gelatin.
MEAL STRUCTURE: Involves focus eating on lean proteins, non-starchy vegetables, healthy fats, and some fruits five days a week. The other two days focus on intermittent fasting, where only bone broth is consumed during specific fasting windows.
