Beets, Greens and Spirulina Smoothie for Acne Control. Ingredients
1 Beet
1 Apple
4 Celery stalks
2 Carrots
1 bunch Parsley
1 c packed Spinach
1/2 c Kale
1 tbls Spirulina
Ice

Instructions
Cut the beets, apple, celery, carrots, and greens into smaller pieces. Mix in a blender until smooth. Add ice, if desired, for a smoothie consistency.
