Ingredients
1 c frozen Pineapple chunks
6 Strawberries
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 c Coconut Water
1 tbls Coconut Oil (MCT oil is best)
1 tbls fresh Ginger
1 tsp Turmeric
pinch of Cinnamon
1/2 Water
Ice/optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency. If desired as ice.
