INGREDIENTS
½ c Blueberries, frozen
½ c Pineapple, frozen
1 Banana, frozen
½ c Kefir, plain or Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbls Reishi Powder
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Ginger, minced

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again.
