Cinnamon Sweet Potato Smoothie to Boost Your Immunity.  I get it – when you’re sick you just don’t have an appetite to eat. Or maybe you can’t eat because your throat is killing you. But this is the worse time to NOT fill your body will vitamins and nutrients as your body needs everything you can throw at it to fight off the infection that’s keeping you sick.

Ingredients
1 c Sweet Potato, diced, cooked, and cooled or 1 c Canned Sweet Potato
1 Banana, frozen
½ c Greek Yogurt
½ c Coconut Milk
1 tbsp MCT Oil
1 tbls Reishi Powder
½ tsp ground Clove
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Flaxseed
Ice – optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
