Ingredients
1 c frozen Raspberries, may substitute with Strawberries
1 c Coconut Milk
1 tbls Coconut Oil (preferably MCT Oil)
1 Banana, frozen
1 Orange, juiced
1 c Greek Yogurt
Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth. Add ice for a smoothie consistency.
