Kiwi Kefir Smoothie for Health Digestions

Ingredients
1 Kiwi
1 Banana, frozen
1 c Kefir (may substitute with Greek Yogurt)
1/2 c Coconut Water
1 tbls Coconut Oil (preferably MCT Oil)
1 tsp Chaga Powder
1 tsp Flaxseed
Ice

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice until you reach your desired smoothie texture
