1 c Cantaloupe (60 calories)
1 handful Strawberries (49 calories – 1 cup)
1/2 c Coconut Milk (23 calories) or Coconut Water (23 calories)
1/2 c Greek Yogurt (90 calories)
Ice/optional
optional 1/4 c finely chopped Walnuts (210 calories)

Instructions
Blend the water or milk with the spinach. Then add the remaining ingredients. You can add ice if a thicker smoothie is preferred.
