Protect Your Immune System with a Blueberry Smoothie. I get it – when you’re sick you just don’t have an appetite to eat. Or maybe you can’t eat because your throat is killing you. Cold Busting Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 c Blueberries, frozen
1/4 Avocado
1 c Coconut Water
1/4 c canned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Honey, to taste
1 tbls MCT Oil
1 tbls Reishi Powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again.
