INGREDIENTS
1 c Carrots, chopped and steamed (or use 1/2 c Carrot Juice)
1 Banana
1 c Pineapple
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 tsp Ginger Knob, grated
1/2 tsp Turmeric or Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Chaga powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
