Ingredients
6 oz Greek Yogurt
2 tbls Lite Coconut Milk
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Banana
1 tbls Hemp seeds
1/2 c Oatmeal
1 tsp fresh Ginger, very finely minced
1 tsp Agave nectar, (optional)
3/4 cup Coconut Water
Ice cubes, optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired.
