Ingredients
6 Carrots
1 Apple
2 Celery Stalks
1 Beet
1/2 handful Wheatgrass
2 Parsley sprigs
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ginger

Instructions
Run everything through your juicer except the cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Add the 3 remaining spices to your glass of juice and mix well before drinking
