INGREDIENTS
½ Mango
2 Figs, dried or fresh
½ tbls fresh Ginger, finely chopped
2 c Kale, chopped for blending
12 oz Coconut Water
¼ c Coconut Meat scraped from a fresh coconut (or organic coconut shavings)
juice of ½ Lime
Ice – optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water or ice if needed
