What will make you happy?  Material things or your personal being here on earth?  For me – I believe it all starts from within ourselves and then beauty emits its way out.  Try making these choices today, or start with just one – the results may just surprise you.

  1. ATTITUDE IS A CHOICE – always maintain a positive attitude no matter what
  2. HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE – roughly 40% of our happiness is within our control
  3. OPTIMISM IS A CHOICE – it’s a conscious decision to live your life choosing to have a positive attitude and expect good things to happen
  4. KINDNESS IS A CHOICE – choosing to be kind in the face of any adversity will help you in whatever your current crisis might be, and that kindness will also assist you in managing your future responses
  5. GIVING IS A CHOICE– giving makes you feel happy, it’s good for your health, and it is contagious
  6. RESPECT IS A CHOICE – respect yourself first by giving and defining your own worth and value as a human being, and then to others by giving value to their being and ideals
