Ingredients
1 c Mango chunks, frozen
2 Bananas
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 tbls Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
1/2 c Spinach leaves
1/2 c Pineapple chunks, frozen
3-4 Mint Leaves, chopped
Ice/optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency. Add ice if a thicker smoothie is desired
