1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 c Greek Yogurt
3 Pineapple rings
1 1/2 Pears, fresh
1 tsp. Coconut Oil – MCT preferred
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 Mint spig / garnish – Optional
Ice/optional

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend well. Add ice for a thicker consistency. You can chop the mint and blend into your drink or to just garnish.
