Sunflower Seed Energy Smoothie (Protein Packed)

Strawberry Banana Sunflower Seed Energy Smoothie
(makes two 12 oz glasses)

Ingredients
1 c fresh Strawberries
1/2 red delicious Apple
1 ripe Banana (adds sweetness)
1 c Greek Yogurt
2 tbls Sunflower Seeds
1 tbls Chaga Mushroom Powder
1 scoop LiveGood Plant Based Protein Powder
3/4 c Aloe water

Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order listed above (makes blending everything easier) and give your blender a good whirl. Add more Aloe water if too thick or ice if you want it thicker. I personally think the smoothie came out just right.
