¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (35–40 cal, 2g carbs)
½ cup unsweetened coconut water (to mix the powders)
½ tsp wheatgrass powder
½ tsp spirulina powder

½ tsp moringa powder
Ice cubes for thickness
