1 ripe frozen Banana
1 handful baby Spinach
1 1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 tbls Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tbls Collagen Peptides
Ice/optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy. If desired, add ice.
