Ingredients
1 c Spinach
1/2 small Beet (peeled and chopped)
1 c Berries, mixed (frozen)
1/2 c Pineapple (frozen)
1 tsp fresh Ginger, grated
1 tsp Flaxseed
1 tsp Coconut oil or MCT oil
1/2 c Water
Ice/optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
