And by now you’ve had to of seen all the YouTube video’s touting this morning drink, but after making you watch a 60 minutes video … you never get the ingredients. It turns out to be a promo for an affiliate drink.

Well this post if for everyone who’s frustrated with all the social media garbage as I’ve posted the full recipe below. Let me start by saying that the first thing I do every morning, is have an 8oz glass of warm water. This is a routine that I’ve been doing for years. And why? Because not only does it hydrate me after a long slumber, but because I swear the warm water helps to “move things along” – it cleans me out EVERY DARN MORNING.
