2 tbls Almond Butter
1 Banana
2 c Spinach leaves
½ tsp ground Cinnamon
Pinch of ground Nutmeg
1 tbls ground Flaxseed or Chia seeds

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
