Cherry Berry Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 c Strawberries, hulled
1 c Cherries, fresh or frozen
1 c Raspberries
1 c Blueberries
1 c Pomegranate juice, chilled
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Turmeric OR 1/2 tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
Ice – optional

INSTRUCTIONS
First 4 ingredients can either be fresh or frozen. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency. If using fresh fruit, add ice to the blender for a smoothie consistency.
