Pomegranate – contains higher levels of antioxidants that most other fruits, which can help remove free radicals, protect cells from damage, and reduce inflammation
Carrots – a good source of carotenoid, which acts as an antioxidant and helps in detoxifying your system
Celery – rich in vitamin K, contains many anti-inflammatory substances that help lower inflammation, supports healthy liver function and digestion
Ginger – ability to cleanse the body by stimulating digestion, circulation, and sweating. Its digestive actions may serve to cleanse the build-up of waste and toxins in the colon, liver, and other organs
Carrot, Celery, Pomegranate Detox Juice Recipe
Ingredients
** 1 Large Pomegranate
5 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
1 knuckle Ginger
Instructions
Run each ingredient through your juicer. Makes about 20 ounces of detox juice
** If you don’t have any fresh pomegranates, you can use 6 ounces of store bought (POM Wonderful) pomegranate juice. First run the carrots, celery and ginger through the juicer and then stir in the 6 ounces of POM Juice.

I have a hard time getting pomegranate myself. That’s why I use POM juice. Works just as well.
