INGREDIENT BENEFITS

Beets – are well known as a liver cleanser and body purifier. The bright red in beets are caused by an important plant compound called betalains which have important anti-inflammatory and fungicidal properties
Cacao – contains magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, and manganese; has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties and may reduce risk of diabetes
Goji Berries – contains vitamin C that helps your body remove unwanted waste; are also packed with beta-carotene, which keeps your liver healthy.
Berries – helps produce butyrate, which is a fatty acid that helps in weight loss and makes the body lean

Ingredients
1/2 raw red Beet cut up
1/2 cup frozen mixed Berries or frozen fruit of your choice
1 handful of raw dark leafy greens such as spinach or Kale
2 scoops vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp raw Cacao nibs
1 Tbsp Goji Berries
1/2 tsp Maca Powder
2 Tbsp superseded medley (Hemp seed, Chia Seeds, ground Flaxseed)
1 Tbsp Coconut oil ( preferably MCT OIL)
10 oz of cold water
Ice as needed

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice as needed
