Ingredients
1 c Almond milk
1 frozen Banana, sliced
1/4″ Ginger (peeled and sliced)
1/4″ Turmeric (peeled and sliced)
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Flaxseeds
1 c Spinach

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
