Ginger Miso Glazed Orange Roughy
serves 3

Ingredients
3 Orange Roughy fillets
1/4 c Miso Sauce
1 tbls Cilantro (can substitute Parsley or Basil) finely chopped
2 tbls Soy Sauce
1 tbls brown Rice Vinegar
2 drops Organic Stevia Extract
1 tsp fresh Ginger, minced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375. Arrange the 3 fillets on a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix the miso sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger together. Cover each fillet with the sauce and bake for 15 minutes or until the fish easily flakes.

Remove from oven, put the orange roughy on plates, and sprinkle the cilantro ontop of each fillet. Add a side salad to your plate and voila – dinner is served.
