Ingredients
1 c chilled brewed Coffee
1 1/2 Banana
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbls ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Agave or Honey
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg
Ice (optional)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Add ice if desired
