Low Carb Green Smoothie for Weight Loss. Here’s another super delicious smoothie that is low carb, helps with weight loss, burns fat, and boosts your metabolism. I whipped this one up this morning and it was super delicious.

This Keto Friendly Green Smoothie includes:
PROTEIN POWDER, to help with weight loss as well as controlling blood sugar levels
MATCHA, that helps increase metabolism and fat burning; and
LEMONS, which have vitamin C and antioxidants that are good for digestion, along with diuretic properties to help detox the body and burn off fat.

If you’re concerned the lemon will make the smoothie too tart for your buds, add a drop or two of Organic Stevia Extract to the blender, which is what I did.  You can pick up a small bottle of Stevia (which will last you a very long time) at a Trader Joe’s or click the link and have it shipped to you.  And if you prefer not to use stevia,  you can substitute it with a 1/2 tbls of Honey. But fair warning – that 1/2 tablespoon will add 8.6 carbs to your carb count.

Ingredients
1 c Spinach
½ c Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 c Strawberry Slices
½ Lemon
1 tbls Protein Powder
1 tsp Matcha
2 drops Organic Stevia Extract
Ice / optional

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add Ice for your desired smoothie consistency
