Pasta with Sauteed Mushrooms, Parsley, and Sage. Alright, so I have another easy and delicious dish you all can make for dinner tonight. And it can be ready to serve in under 30 minutes. My kind of meal.

PASTA WITH SAUTEED MUSHROOMS, PARSLEY, AND SAGE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c extra virgin Olive Oil
1 lb mixed Mushrooms (Shiitake, Porcini, Oyster, and Chanterelle) cleaned and thinly sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb Spaghetti
1 tbls unsalted Butter
2 tbls fresh Parsley, minced
1 tbls fresh Sage, minced
Parmesan Cheese, optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Start by boiling your water for the pasta. Add pasta when boiling. Meanwhile …

In a separate large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms, cook, stirring 4-5 minutes until golden. Add the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and stir a few times. Taste and adjust seasoning. Leave the skillet on the stove but turn off the heat.

Drain the spaghetti and add to the skillet. Add the butter, then parsley and sage, and quickly mix over low heat until the pasta and mushrooms are combined. Taste, adjust the seasoning, sprinkle with parmesan cheese (optional), and serve.

The dish also goes great with a small side salad and a couple of slices of toasted Italian bread. Mmmmm Mmmmm good
