1/2 Mango
1 Orange, peeled
1 large Carrot
7 oz’s Water
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ginger

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until a smooth consistency
