Ingredients
4 c Strawberries or blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries – Chopped
1 tbls Honey
1 c Almond Milk
1 tbls Vanilla extract
1 frozen Banana
Optional toppings: cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, fresh mint

Instructions
Place the berries on a baking sheet, drizzle the honey over the top, toss the mixture to coat and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Place the berries in a blender with milk, vanilla extract, and banana. Blend until smooth.
