Whether you’re a beginner, over age 50, or overweight, your first workout program is best done with a simple pair of FREE WEIGHTS. 

And the best sets to get are the Neoprene, which you can pick up at your local box store or buy online.  Seeing we’re all beginners here, I would suggest getting the three pack, which come is weights of 2 – 3 – 5.  You definitely don’t need anything heavier than this.  In my 30 day Beginner Workout Series, I use 2 pounders because, well  … this gal ain’t as strong as she used to be.  We will eventually work our way up the weight scale but for now start low.
