Spinach, Avocado and Cucumber Acne Blasting Smoothie.  Smoothies are one of the easiest and quickest ways to deliver nutrients, vitamins, and anti-oxidants to the body, which are essential in preventing the growth of acne causing bacteria. 1/2 Cucumber
1 c Spinach
1 tbls Spirulina
1″ Ginger
1 tbls Honey
1 c Greek Yogurt

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie
