Ingredients
Handful of Spinach
1/3 c Oats
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 c Pineapple chunks
1 c Papaya, cut into chunks
1 Banana cut into chunks
1/2 c Coconut Milk or Water
Fresh Mint Leaves (I use many)
Ice/optional

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Add ice if desired
