Cucumber Juice for Healthy Skin: Acne.  A juice that includes 5 essential ingredients to clear your skin of acne – cucumber, pineapple, apple, ginger and spirulina.  So why juice this drink and not make a smoothie? CUCUMBERS contain vitamins, minerals and nutrients and are superb for skin HYDRATION

GINGER contains ANTIOXIDANTS and ANTISEPTIC PROPERTIES that work well to banish bacteria that cause pimples and VITAMIN C content  to disintegrate acne scars

APPLES  contains abundant amounts of ELASTIN and COLLAGEN that help keep the skin young.  Also have loads of VITAMIN B & C

SPIRULINA contains VITAMINS B, C and E, ZINC which is needed if you’re struggling with your skin, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, POTASSIUM, and an excellent source of OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS.  This is why Spirulina is also know as the #2 SUPERFOOD !!

CUCUMBER JUICE FOR HEALTHY SKIN

Ingredients

1/2 cucumber
3 pineapple rounds
1/2 apple
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbl spirulina

Juice the first four ingredients through your juicer.  Pour into a glass and add the spirulina.  Mix well.
