Kiwi Cucumber Avocado Smoothie. If you like green smoothies, one that includes kiwi, cucumber, and avocado – then this one is definitely for you. And just look at that dark rich color !! Plus you get all the vitamins and nutrients that come with it. What a Delicious Healthy Green Smoothie.

Start with the base – a Kiwi (which is great for your immune system and is loaded with Vitamin C), Cucumber (which is excellent for hydration), and Avocado (which is loaded with vitamins and minerals along with healthy monounsaturated fatty acids) – and just start building.

I added green grapes (which are high in resveratrol that help protect your brain cells) and then a ripe banana (which are rich in fiber, potassium and Vitamin C), for some sweetness. And then topped it off with the LiveGood Organic Green Supplement, but you can add any supplement of your choice – Protein Powder, Mushroom Powder, Probiotics, or Collagen.

Kiwi Cucumber Avocado Smoothie
Makes two 12oz glasses

Ingredients
1 peeled Kiwi
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Avocado
1 ripe Banana
1 c Green Grapes
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 c Almond Milk
1 scoop Supplement (I used LiveGood Organic Super Greens)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender and give it a good whirl. I added 2 more spoonful of Greek Yogurt for a bit more thickness, but you can also add ice to get your desired consistency.
