Ingredients
1 c Sweet Potato, diced, cooked, and cooled or 1 c Canned Sweet Potato
1 Banana, frozen
½ c Greek Yogurt
½ c Coconut Milk
1 tbsp MCT Oil
1 tbls Reishi Powder
½ tsp ground Clove
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Flaxseed
Ice – optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency
